Fit-Zone, developed in 1999 by its owners Chris Weigel and
Trey Teichelman, strives to provide athletes of all sports the opportunity
to advance their athletic performance with safe, effective, sport-specific
training techniques. By addressing the essential components of athletic
development, (strength, speed, agility, flexibility, nutrition, etc.)
Fit-Zone’s coaching staff has improved the performance of athletes
at all levels, including professionals Shawn
Barber of the Kansas City Chiefs and Cincinnati Red Sean
Casey, as well as local high-school All-American Alan
Eberstein.
Certified as the first Golf Biomechanic in Dallas, Chris Weigel has spearheaded
Fit-Zone’s In the Whole Golf Conditioning department since 2002. In
the Whole utilizes various assessment techniques to determine the physical deficiencies
limiting the ability to perform your “ideal” swing. After successfully
treating and correcting these deficiencies, In the Whole’s Golf Biomechanics
introduce high-performance training specifically aimed at maximizing distance
and improving control. Whether programming for golf professionals such as Paul
Stankowski, or working with the local “weekend warrior,” Fit-Zone
and its network of specialists have successfully helped hundreds of golfers.
“Not
only did Fit-Zone better my golf game, they improved my overall
quality of life.”
-Lee Trevino, PGA Professional
