"A good
coach will make his players see what they can be rather than
what
they are.”
-Ara Parashegian
Each Fit-Zone coach is a Certified Strength & Conditioning
Specialist who has developed various areas of specialty, while
working with athletes at all levels of competition. The coaching
staff works together to utilize each coach’s area of expertise,
allowing every athlete the best opportunity to maximize their ability.
However, while enhancing the physical skills of an athlete may
promote a better individual performance, it may not develop a better
teammate. Fit-Zone’s coaches take seriously the opportunity
to make a positive impact on not only the athlete’s physical
abilities, but also their character. By establishing a positive
and supportive training environment, Fit-Zone fosters personal
growth in areas such as self-confidence, discipline, respect, and
sportsmanship. In the end, the importance of winning is secondary
to personal development and achieving one’s potential.
